We welcome all volunteers at our facility. We have opportunities for volunteering in any of the various vocational programs we offer as well as mentoring/coaching disadvantaged youths. We also have general volunteering opportunities to help with other tasks at our facility. Please use the below form to contact us for volunteering opportunities. Your help is highly appreciated.
Beauty & Personal Care
Comprehensive training in hair, nail, and skincare services. Students in Recovery gain practical beauty-science skills through hands-on learning in esthetics, nail care, and electrolysis.
Woodwork & Fabrication
Practical training in designing and constructing wooden structures — doorframes, walls, floors, cabinet building, window installation, remodeling, repairs, and interior finishes.
Baking & Culinary Arts
Essential pastry skills using non-laminated recipes. Students learn how eggs and sugar support leavening, flavor, and browning for professional baking careers.
Construction & Building Skills
24-month program combining classroom instruction with supervised on-site training. Covers mortar mixing, brick stacking, blueprint reading, scaffolding, site safety, and finishing.
Fashion Design & Apparel Production
Hands-on training in embroidery, machine sewing, garment construction, alterations, fabric selection, pattern cutting, measuring, fitting, and business skills.
Mentorship/Coaching
Provide guidance and support to disadvantaged youth, helping them navigate life challenges and build confidence.
General Volunteer
Assist with various tasks at our facility, including administrative work, event support, and community outreach.
Teaching & Tutoring
Help with literacy, GED prep, ESL, and computer skills training for our students.
